This week, I'm starting a new feature called Designer Spotlight. This week's addition is all about Lauren Moffat. Her collection incorporates a vintage vibe with a sweet and sexy style. It's a very feminine line but don't get me wrong it's not feminine like lavender sachets or rose patterns, it has a definite "edginess" to it.
Bio:
In October of 2000, Lauren Moffatt, along with partner Rob Pepin, launched their first collection of must have vintage-chic looks. For the first two seasons Miss Moffatt sewed all the pieces, over several hundred, out of her 31-foot sailboat home docked in NYC’s Hudson River.
